Your new role
Assist in cost management and financial control of projects
Prepare accurate valuations, cost reports, and subcontractor payments
Support in procurement and tendering processes
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure budget adherence
Work closely with the Quantity Surveying team, site management, and clientsWhat you'll need to succeed
Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (Or currently studying towards)
Previous experience in a similar role within a contractor environment
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Ability to work well within a team and manage workload effectively
Knowledge of standard forms of contract and construction processesWhat you'll get in return
