Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer - Surrey
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for a busy residential developer in Surrey.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work between the office in Guildford, Surrey and visit the sites you will be involved. Typically the projects will be in Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex.
The projects will be major, long term residential developments which will include; 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses and town houses and most developments with low rise luxury apartments. They currently have three projects that you will add support on immediately.
Two are live on site and the third is about to start of which you will work alongside a Project Quantity Surveyor.
You will as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor have a relevant construction or Quantity Surveying qualification and residential experience. Living within a reasonable commute of Guildford is advantageous.
