Type: Cut & Carve Refurb | Grade II Listed | Office-Based
An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is required to support the commercial delivery of a cut and carve refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Marylebone.
You’ll be assisting with subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost reporting, and variations on a complex heritage scheme, working closely with an experienced commercial team.
Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a QS role
*
Background in refurbishment or heritage projects preferred
*
Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
