Job Description
Our client is hiring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Midlands-based commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help our growing business get the right people and skills to further complement our team and further improve service for our valued clients.
This candidate must have proven experience of managing all commercial aspects of construction projects, ideally with a Sub-Contractor background.
We are a business that is friendly, supportive and rewarding for hard working people. We have a number of long serving team members and welcome new people and their experience, we recognise that we need variety of skill sets to maximise our businesses performance.
The initial role for the successful applicant will be to provide commercial support for our fast growing facades Sub-Contracting business. This will include pre-construction pricing work, submission of applications for payment, contract administration & valuation of works completed by our operatives on site. There will be an opportunity to grow with a commercial team and take a role in the development of this fast growing business.
