Involve Recruitment are looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work with a leading regional commercial contractor. Work on prestigious high‑rise apartments with excellent mentoring and defined progression. This role offers stability and the opportunity to work with the regions leading property developer
Duties:

Support the Senior QS as the commercial second-in-command on high-value residential projects.
*
Handle cost planning, valuations, procurement, and contract administration.
*
Learn hands‑on from experienced commercial leaders.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Degree in Quantity Surveying (RICS‑accredited preferred) or equivalent experience.
*
A few years of QS or estimating experience, ideally on high‑rise or multi‑million-pound builds.
*
Solid grasp of JCT or NEC contracts and commercial fundamentals.
*
Clear communicator, detail‑oriented, professional.
