Job Description

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Support the lead Quantity Surveyor with daily financial control, reporting, and commercial performance management.
Assist with cash management, including applications, certifications, invoicing, and payments.
Contribute to preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports (CVRs).
Work on significant Decarbonisation and Retrofit projects, as well as planned maintenance schemes.
Ideally, you'll have:
Strong knowledge of measurement and valuation.
Experience with budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Previous experience in social housing or similar environments.
Exposure to Decarbonisation or Retrofit work is a bonus, but not essential.
This role is based in Peterborough, a city with excellent transport links and a vibrant community.
