Assistant Quantity Surveyor (High End Projects)
I’m currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious high-end residential developer based in Tadworth. This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who wants to work on some of the most exclusive properties in the UK. If you’re an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering luxury projects and the ambition to grow, this could be the perfect move. The role is ideally suited to an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a strong grounding in residential construction, and I’m looking to speak with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has already built up at least two years of industry experience.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director
*
Assisting with cost planning, valuations, and financial reporting across multiple projects
*
Supporting procurement, tender analysis, and subcontractor management
*
Ensuring budgets are controlled while maintaining uncompromising quality
What We’re Looking For
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with either a main contractor or developer
*
Strong numerical and commercial awareness
*
Keen attention to detail and proactive communication skills
*
An ambitious character who’s eager to progress within a growing business
