Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Main Contractor (£70m Project, Ealing)

Assisted in the commercial management of a £70m mixed-use development project, supporting the Senior QS and Commercial Manager.
*
Prepared and reviewed subcontractor packages, including procurement, tender analysis, and contract administration.
*
Measured works on-site and prepared interim valuations, variations, and payment applications.
*
Assisted in cost forecasting, budget monitoring, and financial reporting to ensure accurate project cash flow.
*
Worked closely with design and site teams to identify potential risks, cost impacts, and value engineering opportunities.
*
Maintained accurate records of contractual correspondence and project changes in line with NEC/JCT contracts.

Supported the delivery of high-quality reporting for monthly client meetings, ensuring transparency and compliance with commercial objectivesBefore You Apply
