What will you be doing?

Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of service
Lead, brief and motivate the front-of-house team
Maintain exceptional Michelin-level fine-dining service standards
Be visible on the floor and deliver a polished, personal guest experience
Coach and develop junior members of the restaurant team
Help drive food, wine and service knowledge across the team
Work closely with the kitchen and senior management
Play an active role in maintaining and developing already high standards

What we're looking for

Proven 3 AA Rosette experience or above, or comparable Michelin-level fine-dining experience
Previous supervisory or restaurant management responsibility
Strong leadership and confident floor presence
Excellent food, wine and service knowledge
A genuine passion for hospitality and high-end restaurant service
High standards, professionalism and attention to detail
Ambition to continue progressing towards Restaurant Manager
