I’m working exclusively with a beautiful, family-run pub and wedding venue in NR29, set in one of the most scenic spots on the Norfolk Broads. They’re looking for a passionate Front of House Assistant Manager to join their close-knit team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to guests year-round.

The role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the front-of-house operation, lead and inspire the team, and ensure guests receive the highest standard of service. You’ll be involved in everything from daily service to events and weddings, making this a varied and rewarding role.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Have previous experience in hospitality leadership or management
* Enjoy a hands-on role in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
* Are confident in motivating and training a team
* Have strong organisational and communication skills
Working pattern:
* 45 hours per week on average, increasing to 52 during the summer season
* Afternoon & evening shifts only
* Very few split shifts
* Working most weekends
