Assistant Sales Manager (Franchised Main Dealership)
£35,000 OTE £50,000 uncapped

1 weekend on, 1 weekend off

When you earned your stripes as a Transaction Manager, how long did you expect it would take to earn a seat at the Management table?
Where are you now? And what’s your plan? Keep hitting target? Ramp up the networking? Hope your boss decides to spend more time on the golf course soon?

This is your chance to walk straight into a top UK-wide PLC Dealership Group to become the Assistant Sales Manager of a popular Prestige Franchise with excellent market share.
You’ll work side-by-side with the GSM and take whole ownership of a team of 5, steering the ship towards target and conversely, into daily action.
Do this well, and there is a very high likelihood of seeing progression into a bigger role at one of their other franchised Dealerships in the future.

What you’ll need
Ideally, you’ll be strong Transaction Manager (or above) that’s known for getting results
Experience hitting and leading others towards targets in the Motor Trade
A driving license.
