We are currently recruiting for an assistant Sales Manager to join our Client’s busy dealership in Norwich.
Our Client is offering the successful Assistant Manager On Target Earnings of £47000.
Benefits:
£27,500 basic salary with an uncapped OTE of £50,000
5-day working week (Mon–Sat, with a day off in the week – no Sundays!)

Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the customer journey is second to none
Assist in the day-to-day running of the sales department, including stock management and administrationRequirements:
Proven track record in automotive sales (management experience an advantage, but not essential)
Confident, driven, and passionate about achieving results
Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to inspire others
