This role balances business development with essential administrative support, focusing on corporate, group, MICE, and leisure markets.
This stunning venue is based in Berkshire and is offering a salary of up to £28,000 for a 45 hour week.
Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Sales Manager role are:
* Assist with planning and implementing sales strategies to maximise revenue
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple market segments
* Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote hotel services
* Respond promptly to client inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts as needed
* Maintain accurate client records and track leads using CRM tools
* Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and familiarisation trips
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
* Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and brand messaging
* Support management of VIP accounts and long-term partnerships
* Ensure excellent customer service in all client interactions
