Job Description
Are you an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to progress your career with one of the UK’s leading PLC housebuilders?
Konnect are looking for someone to join a high-performing team and contribute to the delivery of quality new homes.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting with all aspects of site management and coordination
*
Supervising trades and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work
*
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
*
Supporting the management of build programs and schedules
*
Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control
*
Liaising with suppliers, site teams, and the wider construction management team
About You:
We’re looking for someone with a few years of residential site experience who is eager to learn and develop within a major housebuilding business.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience working on residential housing sites (ideally for a main contractor or developer)
*
Strong understanding of NHBC standards and site safety requirements
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
A proactive attitude and willingness to progress within the company
*
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are desirable
