Assistant Site Manager – Brighton (Education / Residential)
We’re recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-regarded main contractor on a £25m education/residential scheme in Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for delivering high-quality projects and for developing people internally. You’ll be working as part of a strong site team on a live project involving new-build dormitory buildings for a prestigious independent school, alongside refurbishment and cut-and-carve elements.
What they’re looking for:
* Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager or similar site-based role
* Experience working for a principal contractor
* Ideally some exposure to new build, with an understanding of refurbishment / cut-and-carve
* Driven, proactive and eager to learn
* Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
* Good character, reliable and keen to progress
