I'm working with a well-regarded residential developer looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager for a new build housing development in Essex.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced ASM who is on the cusp of stepping up to Site Manager level, with a clear progression route into an SM position within approximately 12 months for the right person.
You'll work closely with the Site Manager, supporting with:
* Subcontractor management
* Health & safety
* Build quality
* Programme delivery
* CML preparation
The ideal candidate will already have solid new build residential experience, preferably traditional build housing, and be ready to take on increasing responsibility as they work towards their first Site Manager position.
CSCS, First Aid and SSSTS/SMSTS required.
💰 Salary up to £53,000 + package
