Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a respected SME residential developer on a flagship development of 126 thoughtfully designed new homes in Lichfield.

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring this prestigious scheme is delivered safely, on programme and to the high standards the company is known for.

The Role

  * Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a large new build residential development.

  * Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.

  * Monitor build quality throughout every stage of construction.

  * Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained on site.

  * Carry out inspections, snagging and quality checks.

  * Assist with plot handovers and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  * Help drive programme while maintaining the company's commitment to quality workmanship.

About You

  * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build residential developments.

  * Experience working with a recognised housebuilder or residential contractor.

  * Passionate about delivering quality homes and maintaining high construction standards.

  * Strong communication and organisational skills.

  * A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  * SMSTS or SSSTS

  * CSCS Card

  * First Aid at Work

  * Proven new build residential experience
