Location: Covering sites from Fife up to the North of Scotland
Sector: Residential Housebuilding
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000-£45,000+ Benefits
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading national housebuilder, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential projects across Fife to the North of Scotland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in site management, working alongside experienced professionals to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations
Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines
Assist with site documentation, records, and reporting
Help manage quality control and ensure work meets required standards
Build positive working relationships with site teams, clients, and consultantsWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience working on residential construction projects (essential)
Strong understanding of health & safety and construction processes
Good organisational and communication skills
Ambition to progress into a Site Manager role
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred)What's On Offer:
