A long-standing, family-owned house-builder with sites all within an hour of the head office in Lancashire has asked us to find its next Assistant Site Manager. Whether you’ve 6-12 months in Management or a few solid years under your belt, read on.

Run plots from ground to handover – keep CML, quality & programme on track

Own daily H&S – RAMS, site walks, spotless paperwork

Deliver a zero-defect finish and a 5-star buyer experience

Team up with QS, Design & Customer Care to balance costs and customer journey
Newer to the game? You’ll shadow a Contracts Manager who’s delivered 1 k+ homes and get clear, hands-on coaching every step of the way. Expect high standards — but plenty of guidance to hit them.
🎯 Essentials & Nice-to-haves
Must-have / Nice-to-have
Trainee: 6-12 mths UK housing site experience
Experienced: 2-3 yrs as ASMNVQ L4/6SMSTS (or studying), CSCS & First Aid,Traditional build know-how, Working grasp of NHBC/LABC, regs, Air-source heat-pump knowledge, Clear, upbeat communicator
