Assistant Site Manager
Bristol | £40,000 - £50,000 per annum |
Acorn Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for large volume housebuilder for the Bristol Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team to deliver a high-quality residential project.
Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, including subcontractor management.
Maintain health, safety, and quality standards in line with company and NHBC requirements.
Working alonside and report to Senior Site manager ensuring project deadlines and budget.
Maintain accraute resords and site documentation along with inductions and toolbox talks.Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 3 years residential experience within a management capacity.
SMSTS, first aid and CSCS certified.
A driven, motivated indvidual focused on quality.
Sound knowledge of the housing sector incl. building regulations and legal guidelines.On Offer:
£40,000 - £50,000 salary dependant on experience.
