About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Assistant Site Manager to join our clients team based in Suffolk on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site operations.
Assist in ensuring that construction projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Implement and maintain health and safety standards on site.
Assist in monitoring project progress and adherence to budgets.
Support in managing site documentation and records.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in residential construction.
Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
