Job Description

Are you an experienced school supervisor/maintenance person looking for a new role in Worcester? Winner Education are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a primary school in Worcester to carry out day to day general maintenance and site work. This role is 30 hours per week, temporary placement on an on-going basis. You must be available for an immediate start due to the urgency of this role with a DBS on the update service. The successful candidate must also hold a D1 licence to drive the school minibus when required. Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to: Carry out general maintenance and DIY works around the school site Deal with external contractor visits and liaising with contractors through any major works Stand in with the absence of the Site Manager Open and close the school buildings Move furniture/equipment when required Drive the school mini bus when required Fire safety checks Legionella checks The successful caretaker will: Have sound technical knowledge of buildings Be professional and presentable Require previous school caretaking experience Have a valid DBS on the update service Be flexible with working hours and job requirements Why Winner Education?
