Assistant Site Manager – Housebuilding (Grantham, Lincolnshire)
Knightwood are working with a busy and respected housebuilder who are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a large traditional build housing development in Grantham, Lincs.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ASM to join a thriving project and support the Site Manager in delivering high-quality homes.
Role & Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy residential site
*
Supervise sub-contractors and trades to ensure quality and programme are maintained
*
Monitor health & safety standards and site presentation
*
Ensure plots are delivered to the highest standard of finish
*
Support with managing build progress against programme targets
Requirements:
*
Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on housing developments
*
Strong knowledge of traditional build construction methods
*
Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
