Assistant Store Manager – Brecon £27,500 + up to £2,000 bonus | Full-time | 40 hours/week

What you’ll do:
* Support the day-to-day running of the store
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver expert service
* Step up when the Store Manager is away
* Help customers find the right products for their adventures
* Maintain high standards across stock, safety, and presentation
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in retail leadership (e.g. Assistant Manager, Supervisor)
* Passion for customer service and team development
* Confident communicator and hands-on leader
* Organised, reliable, and ready to make an impact
