Assistant Store Manager – Cotswold Outdoor / Runners Need
Belfast City Centre & Boucher Road
£27,500 + up to £2,025 annual bonus
Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)
Are you ready to take the next step in your retail career? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Cotswold Outdoor / Runners Need.
In this role, you’ll:
* Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver expert customer service
* Step up to take charge in the Store Manager’s absence
* Ensure the store is safe, well-presented, and easy to shop in
What we’re looking for:
Experience as an Assistant Manager (or similar supervisory role)
Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
A customer-first mindset with great retail knowledge
Ability to manage operations such as stock, cash handling, and standards
