Assistant Store Manager – Cotswold Outdoor / Runners Need
Belfast City Centre & Boucher Road
£27,500 + up to £2,025 annual bonus
Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Belfast team, working across both our City Centre and Boucher Road stores.
What you’ll be doing:
* Partnering with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly
* Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional service
* Stepping up to take the reins whenever the Store Manager is away
* Ensuring the store is safe, welcoming, and easy for customers to shop in
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in retail
A natural people leader who thrives on developing others
A customer-first mindset with solid commercial awareness
Confidence in managing operations – from stock and cash handling to store standards
