We’re now looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Nottingham to lead a passionate team of outdoor experts and deliver a store experience that’s truly customer-first.
What you’ll do:
* Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
* Lead, coach and motivate a passionate team
* Deliver excellent customer service & expert product advice
* Drive sales, KPIs and commercial results
What You’ll Bring

Proven retail management experience, ideally within outdoor, apparel, or footwear retail.

A genuine passion for the outdoors and the lifestyle it promotes.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop your team.

A track record of achieving targets through excellent customer service and team engagement.
