Job Description
This major retailer of fashion, furniture and homeware is renowned for its focus on quality and trend-led collections. Known for bringing elevated style to their customers, they are now seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Swim & Beach Designer to join their fast-paced Womenswear Non-Clothing team.
Reporting to the Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping trend-led swim and beachwear that delights a diverse customer base. This is your chance to bring your creativity to life, drawing inspiration from global travel, trend research and innovative thinking.
What you’ll be doing:
* Creating trend-led designs that push creative boundaries and resonate with the brand’s customers
* Working with multiple fabrications to deliver elevated, commercially successful collections
* Researching and presenting key trends to your team and senior stakeholders
* Building strong relationships with suppliers, briefing them clearly and supporting the process from range planning to final product selection

You’ll be a creative, collaborative, and commercially aware designer with a true passion for swim and beachwear. You’ll have a portfolio that reflects your enthusiasm, originality, and understanding of the market.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
* Exceptional taste and technical knowledge of swim & beachwear design
* Awareness of market trends, competitors, and key brands
* A confident presentation style and ability to communicate ideas clearly
