Assistant Team Manager -Assessment - Up to £61,000 NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted local authority, based in the Berkshire / South East area, who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their assessment service as an assistant team manager! This position offers you the opportunity to work within a local authority that has achieved a Good Ofsted rating, meaning you'll be joining a team that works smoothly & efficiently whilst adhering to good practices, allowing you to have the satisfaction of knowing you're making a positive change in your community. This position offers flexible hybrid working options with very little office requirement - allowing you to maximise the time spent in the comfort of your own home, meaning you'll create a fantastic work life balance. You will be supervising a team of social workers as they carry out their cases, ensuring they are managed efficiently and are carrying out their tasks to the best of their ability, to provide the best possible outcome for Children & Families under their care.
