Responsibilities
Support the team manager in overseeing daily operations within the MASH service.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and external partners.
Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies and policies.
Assist in the supervision and development of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Person Specification
Demonstrated experience working within a MASH service.
Proven management experience, with strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
