A lovely opportunity for a numerate administrator to support their friendly finance team.
* Based in Godstone
* £25,000 - £28,000
* Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Benefits:

Job Description:
* Assist with purchase data entry, resolving invoice queries, reconciling accounts
* Assist with supplier accounts, telephone enquiries and data runs
* Nominal Ledger reconciliations
* Ad hoc office duties e.g. ensure stationery and kitchen is well stocked
* Ability to multi task
* General office administration
Person Specification:
* Strong administrative skills with a positive attitude
* Numerate with a keen eye for detail
* Sage 50 experience an advantage
* Good Excel skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Flexible attitude to duties with a can-do attitude
* Happy to work in a small team of three
