Your new role
Key responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of complex projects across bluelight, education, and residential sectors
Develop creative, sustainable design concepts and translate them into high-quality documentation
Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively
Conduct site inspections and oversee construction phases to ensure design integrity
Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships
Mentor junior architects and contribute to knowledge sharing
Support the leadership team in business development and practice growth
What you will need to succeed:
Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a strong and varied portfolio of delivered projects
Demonstrated ability in project running, design leadership, and team management
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Full UK driving licence
