Role Overview: As an Associate Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects from initial concept to successful completion. You will work on a variety of exciting schemes that encompass major Residential and Mixed-use developments. Your strong design skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality architecture. Associate Architect Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects through all stages, ensuring design integrity and adherence to schedules. Collaborate with a team of talented professionals to develop innovative design solutions. Engage with stakeholders to navigate UK Building Regulations and Planning Policies effectively. Associate Architect Requirements: ARB/RIBA registration is essential. Proficient in design and technical skills, with AutoCAD experience (Revit knowledge is a plus). Knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Planning Policy. Strong understanding of layout design for Residential and Mixed-use projects. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
