Associate Building Surveyor
A Building Surveying Consultancy with offices throughout the UK is seeking an experienced and ambitious Associate Building Surveyor to join its central London office.
This is an ideal role for an MRICS Building Surveyor with over 8 years’ experience to take a step up and benefit from further career progression opportunity.
The Associate Building Surveyor’s role
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will join an established and thriving team of 20+ Surveyors to work alongside the London Partners. You will assist in developing the consultancy’s current commercial offering, which has a strong pipeline of commercial and project-driven work.
Beyond delivering high-impact projects, the new Associate Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to drive business growth, expand their building surveying team, and shape the future of the division.
The Associate Building Surveyor
* MRICS
* Completed a Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree
* Professional services background
* Commercial project experience
* 8 years or more experience in a UK Chartered Surveying or Construction consultancy
