Bath (Hybrid) | £60,000 - £75,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Civil Infrastructure Engineer ready to take the next step in your career?
We’re looking for a talented and driven engineer at Principal or Associate level to join a leading global engineering consultancy in their Bath office.
You’ll be part of a highly respected Infrastructure team that delivers everything from local civil infrastructure schemes to large-scale international city masterplans. This is an opportunity to lead complex multidisciplinary projects and play a key role in shaping the built environment across the UK and beyond.
What you’ll be doing
* Manage the delivery of a range of civil infrastructure projects – balancing priorities, reviewing designs, and driving projects from concept through to construction.
* Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, supporting their development and managing project workloads.
* Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and schedules to a high professional standard.
* Play an active role in work-winning activities, helping to secure new projects and build long-term client relationships.
* Oversee financial performance and resource planning for your projects.
What you’ll bring
* A strong technical background in civil infrastructure design, ideally specialising in Highways, Utilities or Sustainable Drainage (SuDS).
* Proven experience managing and delivering multidisciplinary projects, ideally including international work.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage.
* Chartered or near-Chartered status with a relevant professional body.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to travel when needed.
