Salter Grange is now seeking a talented Associate Cost Manager to join a dynamic team in a Global Consultancy on a large Data Centre Development in Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to transition to the busiest sector in construction with a company offering a platform to a Director with further training and development.
Senior Cost Manager Responsibilities:
Settle accounts and manage claims for client value.
Build cost estimates and plans for key projects.
Monitor spending with clear valuations and reports.
Support agile management with timely cost data.
Resolve disputes and claims efficiently.
Boost business with new and existing clients.
Lead and mentor team for top performance.
Senior Cost Manager Candidate Background/Requirements:
5+ years’ experience as a Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor on major projects in the UK market, ideally with exposure to Data Centres
Demonstrated experience in delivering quantity surveying services.
A degree qualification in a relevant field.
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
You are chartered or working toward chartership
