We are working with an established, renown multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to make a strategic hire in their Oxford office.
Our client is seeking an Associate Director for their civils team. This role offers an ambitious and knowledgeable engineer the opportunity to take on an exciting challenge and help drive the civils team forward, taking responsibility for project delivery within timescales and budget.
They need a great leader who can help develop the team's career through mentoring and training.
Requirements:
Experience of managing extensive project workload
Degree in civil or structural engineering
Must have strong background in roads and drainage design across a varied sector base
Strong team leader
