The successful candidate will work on a range of residential, commercial and civil infrastructure projects, on a hybrid basis, in their Aldershot office. Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships.
-Overseeing project delivery from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
-Identifying and fostering new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding existing client accounts.
-Responsible for assisting the team and reviewing designs.
Key Requirements:
-Extensive experience in senior leadership or management role.
-Successful record in manging large scale projects, client relationships, and cross-functional teams.
-Track record of driving business growth and development.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
-A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
-Relevant industry experience, with a preference for backgrounds residential, commercial and civil infrastructure projects.
