Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly respected and growing planning consultancy in their search for an Associate Director to join their team in Wokingham.
This consultancy has an impressive track record across England and Wales and is renowned for delivering expert planning advice to major developers and housebuilders on prestigious and complex projects. The Role
As part of the Wokingham Planning team, you will lead and contribute to the delivery of significant projects involving strategic planning, development management, and planning project coordination for a wide range of private and public sector clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in the continued growth and success of an already established office.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
MRTPI and a minimum of six years' professional experience
A strong understanding of commercial planning environments, with a proven track record in both forward planning and development management
In-depth knowledge of current planning legislation and a commitment to delivering excellence
Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
Experience managing client relationships and leading project teams
A solid understanding of the local planning landscape and experience working within the regionWhat's on Offer:
