About the Role
As Associate / Director Project Manager, you will take the lead on major projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle and managing teams to deliver exceptional results. You will also play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior project managers. Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver multiple large-scale projects (up to £40–50m) from inception to completion
* Develop project strategies, programmes, and budgets
* Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships
* Manage risk, procurement, and contract administration to ensure project success
* Oversee and mentor project teams, providing guidance and leadership
* Contribute to business development, bids, and proposals
* Play an active role in shaping company strategy and driving growth
About You
* Proven experience delivering complex projects in the £40–50m range
* MRICS, MAPM, or similar professional qualification preferred
* Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities
* Experience managing teams and mentoring junior colleagues
* Ambition to progress into a Director or Partner-level role
