Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor | London | £85K-£90K + bonus + benefits
Are you an Associate MRICS Quantity Surveyor looking for a role where your commercial judgment truly shapes projects and the business?

You'll:
Take ownership of major London schemes, from concept to completion.
Advise clients at a senior level, providing commercial insight and risk management.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of surveyors.
Help shape business growth, including proposals, tenders, and client strategy.You bring:
MRICS chartered status with consultancy experience.
Proven track record on complex London projects.
Confidence in client-facing and leadership situations.
