Associate Electrical Engineer - Fareham | Building Services Consultancy Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take the next step into a leadership role? This independent building services consultancy, based in Fareham, is looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer to play a key part in leading projects, developing client relationships, and shaping the direction of the business. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical design solutions across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education, this consultancy combines technical excellence with a personal, collaborative approach. You'll be joining a supportive team that values both professional growth and work-life balance. The Role Take full technical and commercial responsibility for electrical building services projects from concept to completion. Lead multidisciplinary design teams and maintain close client relationships throughout project delivery. Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers, promoting best practice and professional development. Contribute to business development, including preparing fee proposals, attending client meetings, and supporting new opportunities. Provide input on strategic growth, design standards, and innovation across the practice.About You Degree or HND in Building Services or Electrical Engineering. Significant experience in a consultancy environment with a proven track record in leading electrical design projects. Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively working towards Chartership (CIBSE or IET). Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
