The Role
As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll:
Lead the cost management and commercial delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion.
Provide detailed cost planning, procurement advice, valuations, and final accounts.
Take responsibility for client liaison and stakeholder communication, ensuring high levels of service and commercial control.
Offer mentorship and support to junior team members as the company continues to grow.
Work closely with the Directors to help shape the future direction of the business.About You
MRICS or working towards Chartership, with a strong background in private practice cost consultancy.
Experience across a range of sectors, ideally with exposure to both pre and post-contract duties.
Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and reporting skills.
Confident in managing client relationships and working independently when needed.
A proactive, ambitious mindset - someone who enjoys the energy of a growing business.What's on Offer
