A prestigious Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Central London office.
This is an exceptional opportunity to take a leadership role within a globally respected firm, working on landmark projects across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Government, Retail, Education, Data Centres, Sport & Leisure, and Healthcare.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee major projects ranging from £10m - £200m, ensuring the successful delivery of cost management and contract administration services. You will lead client relationships, mentor junior surveyors, and play a key role in business development and team management.
For an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor, this is a career-defining opportunity to step into a leadership role and progress towards Director level within a globally recognised consultancy.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirement
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
Strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy/PQS firms
Excellent Pre and Post contract experience
Project delivery, team management and business development capabilities
MRICS
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior surveyors
Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business developmentIn Return?
£80,000 - £95,000 (dependent on experience)
