Are you an established Associate Quantity Surveyor or a high-performing Senior QS ready for your next move into leadership? This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, independent cost consultancy offering a clear and supported route to Associate Director.
A well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a national presence is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Epping. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into greater responsibility, lead high-profile projects, and influence regional growth, while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Deliver landmark schemes across a diverse portfolio including Culture & Heritage, Residential, Life Sciences, Education, Hotels, Retail, and Sport
Operate in both Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent capacities from project inception to completion

Hybrid working pattern: 2-3 days per week in the Epping office
Regular interaction with senior leadership, with real input into business development and client managementThe Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS or currently working towards
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion and managing / mentoring junior surveyorsWhat's on Offer?
Circa £80,000 (negotiable)
