An established and highly respected UK property consultancy is seeking a Senior or Associate-level Project Manager to join its London office. This opportunity offers the chance to work on a portfolio of significant commercial development projects across the London, Oxford, Birmingham Cambridge, one of the most exciting and dynamic regions in the UK property market.
The Role:
You will take a lead role in delivering a range of high-profile commercial schemes from inception through to completion. These projects span the office, life sciences, and mixed-use sectors, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. You’ll be working within a collaborative team environment, managing stakeholders, risk, programme, and project delivery for top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management on multiple commercial developments
Client and stakeholder engagement at senior level
Risk, procurement, and contract administration
Leadership and mentoring of junior team members
Ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
The Ideal Candidate:
MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent professional qualification
Strong experience in a consultancy environment
Proven track record in delivering commercial projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Ability to travel as required between London, Cambridge, and Oxford
