Senior Associate – Commercial Property (7+ PQE)
Location: Bishop’s Stortford | Hours: Full-time (37.5) | Permanent
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our growing Commercial Property team.
The role:
Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments
Manage complex transactions independently
Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and development agreements
Build strong client relationships across varied sectorsExperience:
Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 7+ years PQE
Proven track record in Commercial Property law
Commercially astute with excellent communication skillsAdditional benefits:
