Our client, a top 50 multi-disciplinary consultancy with decades of industry experience, is seeking a dynamic Chartered Structural Engineer to join their growing Building Safety team at Associate level.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in delivering structural inspections and reports for Building Safety Cases, while mentoring a talented technical team. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will help expand the client portfolio and drive technical excellence across projects.
The firm operates across multiple construction sectors and delivers both standalone structural reports and integrated Building Safety Case solutions. This hybrid role offers the chance to influence high-profile workstreams, support team development, and enjoy a genuinely flexible working environment.
Key Requirements:
Chartered Member of IStructE or ICE
Strong expertise in Robustness and Progressive Collapse
Experience with Large Panel Systems (LPS) is a plus
Skilled in design, assessments, and report production
Proficient in Eurocodes and British Standards
Proven ability to lead site inspections and manage technical teams
