What's Involved?
As an Associate Teacher, you will:
Work full-time, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupil development.
Dedicate 6 hours per week to your own learning and development.
Join the Level 6 Teacher Apprenticeship course, with QTS awarded within 15 months.
Experience a blend of academic study and school-based practice that links theory directly to the classroom.
Be supported by an Academic Mentor and Work-based Education Officer from Staffordshire University.

Responsibilities
Be accountable for pupil progress and development within your classes.
Act as an academic progress tutor, supporting the holistic development of students.
Contribute to curriculum planning and the effective use of school resources.
Develop and enhance your own teaching practice to meet the evolving needs of learners.
Ideal Candidate:
Degree qualified (or in final year of studies)
