What You'll Do: Manage planning applications, appeals, and appraisals from inception to determination. Engage with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to steer planning strategies and negotiations. Prepare high-quality written reports and planning documentation. Support project teams with expert planning insight across multidisciplinary schemes. What We're Looking For: MRTPI Chartered Planner with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (ideal). Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
